Introduction

The world of education is constantly evolving, and teacher performance is a crucial factor in improving the quality of education. Teacher performance can be enhanced through various means, including certification, supervision from the principal, the implementation of the subject teacher deliberation group, and providing good career development opportunities. This study aims to analyze the impact of pedagogical competencies, personality, social, professionalism, and supervision of school principals on job satisfaction and teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Barumun Tengah, Padang Lawas Regency.

Research Methodology

This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Barumun Tengah by involving 40 teachers as a sample. The data collected was processed using the path analysis method with the help of SPSS software version 21. The results of the analysis are expected to provide a clear picture of the influence of each variable on job satisfaction and teacher performance.
