With a population consisting of consumers who have made purchases at Residenta, this study involved 54 respondents chosen through saturated sampling techniques.

Methodology

Data was collected through a questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The questionnaire was designed to gather information on the respondents' demographic characteristics, purchasing behavior, and perceptions of prices, location, and promotion. The multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between the independent variables (prices, location, and promotion) and the dependent variable (purchasing decisions).

Results

The results of the study showed that prices have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This means that the better the price offered, the more likely consumers are to make purchases.
