Introduction

Soybeans are one of the most widely cultivated legumes in the world, providing a rich source of protein and oil for human consumption and animal feed. Method and Analysis

The calculation of genetic diversity and the formation of dendograms is carried out using the Darwin 5.05 program, while data analysis uses a non-factorial random group design. From this study, it was revealed that of the five genotypes of M2 and four M3 genotypes, there were eight genotypes that were not classified in the M0 genotype group, namely M2v1 (2), M2v2 (1), M2v2 (2), M2v2 (3), M3V1 (1), M3V1 (2), M3v2 (1), and M3v2 (2).

Research Result

The results showed that 50% shade had a significant impact on various growth parameters, such as plant height, number of books, and flowering ages. In addition, the ratio of A/B chlorophyll at the age of 21 days after planting (HST), chlorophyll B content at 56 HST, leaf area, specific leaf weight at 21 and 56 HST, and yields such as the number of pods per sample, 100 seed weight, and production per plot is also affected by shade. Cikurai genotypes and Cikurai M3 Mutant produce the highest production in research conditions. In addition, the estimated heritability coefficient ranges from 0.12 to 1.00, with a coefficient of genotype variation (KVG) between 0.5 to 29.51 and the coefficient of phenotype variation (KVP) between 0.98 to 60.49. This shows that the genetic diversity in the soybeans studied is quite diverse and can be utilized in the development of superior soybean varieties.

This study made an important contribution to the understanding of genetic diversity in soybeans, as well as the impact of the shade of growth and yields. By using RAPD markers, researchers can identify existing genetic variations and analyze the potential of colchicin mutations. This discovery has a significant implication in the development of soybean varieties that are more resistant to diverse environmental conditions and can increase the productivity of soybean agriculture in the future.
