The synthesis process is carried out using a powder metallurgical technique with a compact pressure of 250 MPa and sintering at 1000 °C for 1 hour. Effect of Composition Ratio on Density and Hardness

The analysis shows that the highest density is found in specimens with a ratio of 60FE/40CU, which is 5,4989 gr/cm³, while the lowest density is in the 90FE/10CU ratio with a value of 5,1257 gr/cm³. This difference in density can be attributed to the composition of the elements that affect the density of the material. When the Fe ratio increases, density tends to increase as well, considering that Fe has a higher density than Cu.
