Of the total population of 192 people, researchers used the stratified random sampling method to determine the number of samples totaling 66 people. The required data is collected through a questionnaire, which is then analyzed using path analysis (path analysis) with a significance level of 5%.

This study found three results in accordance with the proposed hypothesis. First, the participatory budget has a positive and significant influence on managerial performance. That is, when employees are involved in the budget preparation process, they tend to feel they have contributions and are more responsible for their work, thereby improving managerial performance.
