Introduction

The highest feed conversion was found in T4 treatment (3.90 ± 0.05), while the lowest feed conversion was found in T0 treatment (3.81 ± 0.22).

Discussion

The results of this study indicate that Dutch eggplant skin flour fermented can be used as a quail feed ingredient up to a 12% level without having a significant effect on the performance of quail during the period 0-6 weeks.
