Introduction

Pregnancy is a special moment accompanied by various physical and emotional changes. However, in the midst of the Pandemic Covid-19, this change is faced with additional challenges that can trigger anxiety in pregnant women. Research conducted in the work area of the Abai Health Center, South Solok, revealed an overview of the level of anxiety in pregnant women in the Pandemic period. This study aimed to investigate the level of anxiety in pregnant women during the Pandemic Covid-19 and to identify the factors that contribute to their anxiety.

Methodology

The research was conducted for three months, from March to May 2021, and involved 81 pregnant women. The participants were selected from the Abai Health Center, South Solok, and were asked to complete a questionnaire to assess their level of anxiety. The questionnaire was designed to measure the level of anxiety in pregnant women and to identify the factors that contribute to their anxiety.

Results

The results of the study showed that the majority of pregnant women (46.9%) experience mild anxiety, 39.5% moderate anxiety, 11.1% did not experience anxiety, and 2.5% experienced severe anxiety.
