Six informants were chosen through purposive sampling, consisting of two library users from classes X, XI, and XII. However, library users are subject to fines for delays in restoring library materials or the loss or damage that occurs in the material. To overcome the delay in returns, library officers collect material from each class to remind the library who has not returned.
